
TCP/IP menu
You can configure the interface card for TCP/IP by making the necessary settings on the TCP/IP menu. See Chapter 2 for details.

Get IP address | Select the method for acquiring IP addresses; Auto, |

| DHCP, BOOTP, RARP, or Manual. |

Set by PING | Check this box to enable IP address setting using |

| the ping command. This check box is available |

| only when Manual is selected for Get IP address. |

IP address | Set the IP address for the interface card. Be sure |

| that the IP address is unique and will not cause |
|
|
| conflicts with any other device on the network. |

Subnet mask | Set the subnet mask of the IP address. |

Default gateway | Set the gateway address. |

|
OK | Updates the settings. |
|
|
Cancel | Cancels any changes. |
|
|
Help | Accesses help. |
