Mode:
Select Printserver/NDS.
Frame type:
Select the appropriate frame type from the following: Auto, Ethernet 802.2, Ethernet 802.3, Ethernet II, or Ethernet SNAP.
Note for NDS:❏Before you make settings for the Print Server in the right screen, you must complete the Tree name and Context.
❏Novell Client service must be installed in the computer to make NDS settings.
❏See the NetWare documentation for available characters and the number of characters you can set.
Tree name:
Click the Browse button and select the NDS Tree.
Context:
Click the Browse button and select the NDS context.
Browse button:Displays the NDS tree view. Select the NDS context. The selected context and its Tree name are input in the appropriate text box. Print server setting items on the right are dimmed until the Tree and Context is selected.
Primary fileserver name:
Leave as is.
Printserver name:
Print servers belonging to the Context you specified are listed. Select the print server. You can also create a new print server by typing a name (up to 47 characters).
