Updating BX600 System Components Preparation for Use and Operation
ÊExtract the firmware file to the root directory of the TFTP file system. For information on the image file names, see the readme file of the update package.
ÊStart an Internet browser on the client server. Enter the IP address specified above in the address field. Enter the user name and password admin. The home page is displayed.
ÊIn the navigation bar choose Flash/File.
IOnly two operation code image files can be stored on the switch blade. If there are already two image files stored, you must remove at least one of them before updating the firmware. It is recommended that you remove the older file (i.e. the file with the lower number).
ÊExpand the File Name list (red arrow) in the Remove Operation Code Image File section to check if there are already two image files stored on the switch blade. If so, select the older one in the File Name list and click Remove File.

ÊEnter TFTP Server IP Address, Source File Name and Destination File Name.
