The Fan Unit

13.1.1 Replacing the Fan Unit

VCAUTION!

If a system error has occurred and the front identify/fault LED is blinking, the error must be resolved before any additional components are added or removed.

Make sure that all necessary power supply units are inserted and functioning before you remove and/or install one of the fan units!

VCAUTION!

The system can continue operating without one fan.

The defective fan must be replaced within a reasonable amount of time (max. 2 minutes).

ÊPress the locking button (green) to disengage the locking mechanism of the unit handle.
