4.2.12.4Number of NDP Entries

In a network of Ethernet and gigabit Ethernet, the hardware address corresponding to the destination address of a packet to be transmitted is determined by address solution in NDP. Therefore, the maximum number of destination routers is determined by the number of NDP entries. The number of NDP entries is shown in Table 4-63.
