Print cartridge is not compatible

Cause: The indicated print cartridge(s) are not compatible with the HP Photosmart.

Solution: Replace the indicated print cartridge(s) with print cartridges that are compatible with the HP Photosmart.

Wrong pen in slot

Cause: The print cartridge is inserted into the wrong slot.

Solution: Remove the print cartridge and insert it into the correct slot.

The tri-color print cartridge goes into the slot on the left.

The black or photo print cartridge goes into the slot on the right.
