1.Load the document on the scanner glass or into the document feeder according to the indicators on the printer.

●Scan to USB Drive
4.Select Scan to USB Drive.
5.When the summary screen opens, the following settings can be adjusted:
●Scan File Type
●Scan Resolution
●Scan Paper Size
●Scan Source
●File Name Prefix
●Output Color
6.Touch the Scan button to scan and save the file.
The printer creates a folder named HPSCANS on the USB drive, and it saves the file in .PDF or .JPG format using an automatically generated file name.
