Access Server Commands

Introduction

The access server has a command line interface. You enter commands at a prompt on a terminal attached to an access server port. The default for the prompt is:

Levels of Access Server Commands

The access server has four levels of commands as listed in the following table:

Command	Provides Access to	Commands to Enable
Level		and Disable

Privileged	All access server	SET PRIVILEGED
	commands.
Nonprivileged	A subset of privileged	Default
	commands.
Limited view	All nonprivileged	SET/DEFINE/CHANGE
	commands except those	PORT n LIMITED VIEW
	that show or list LAT	ENABLED
	nodes, LAT services, and
	various Internet databases.
Secure	A subset of nonprivileged	SET/DEFINE/CHANGE
	commands that apply to	PORT n SECURITY
	the current port only.	ENABLED
