	being forcibly logged
	out.
USER STATUS	Specifies user status.	ENABLED/	Setting
		DISABLED	DISABLED
			prevents any
			login using this
			user-name.
ACCESS	Specifies the default	LOCAL	See the
	access mode this user	FRAMED	following table
	is granted.	NONE	for a definition

NONE	No access specified; port characteristics or realm default access
