teamcpak [-i] [-o "String"] gather Input_file...

Where

-iSpeci®es that only oneInput_®leis speci®ed in the command: an include ®le containing the list of input ®les. This parameter is optional.

If you specify -i, it must precede the gather ¯ag.

-o " String"

Speci®es that the string listed in quotes be passed to the Gather tool. The opening quote must be followed by a blank. For a list of possible ¯ags to be passed, see ªCommand line ¯agsº.

This parameter is optional. If you do not specify -o, the default settings for the tool are used.

If you specify -o, it must precede the gather ¯ag.

gather Speci®es the tool to be invoked. If you specify-ior -o, they must precede this value.

Input_®les

Speci®es the ®les to be copied and the name of the package speci®cation ®le. You can specify this parameter in these ways:

vSpecify the name of an include ®le, whose contents is a list of input ®les.

One of these input ®les must be a package speci®cation ®le with the extension .pkf. In this case, you must also specify the -iparameter.

vSpecify a list of two or more ®les. One of the ®les must be a package speci®cation ®le with the extension .pkf.

vSpecify the directory from which the ®les are to be copied and the name of the package speci®cation ®le.

If more than one package ®le is listed, the ®rst package ®le on the command line or in the include ®le is used, and the others are treated as ordinary ®les.

Command line ¯ags

You can specify the following ¯ags in the teamcpak command, using the-oparameter. All of these ¯ags are optional. If you do not specify a ¯ag, the teamcpak command runs using defaults.

-aAssume that the target tree structure might not exist. If a required directory does not exist, create it and continue processing.

This ¯ag cannot be speci®ed if the-t¯ag is speci®ed.

If neither -anor -tis speci®ed, the default is to assume that the desired tree structure already exists. No veri®cation is performed to con®rm that the directories exist. If they do not, the condition is detected while the package ®le rules are being processed. If you stop the teamcpak command, some target directories might contain updated ®les.
