In the 2000-sheet drawer

1Open the loading door.

2Press the elevator down button.

3Remove the paper jam. Clear all paper from the paper path of the drawer and printer.

4Make sure the stack of paper is neat and aligned; otherwise, another paper jam may occur.

5Close the door.

6Allow a few seconds for the elevator to reach the top.

7Press Go to resume printing.

250 Paper JamCheck MP Feeder

Slowly pull the jammed print material straight out of the multipur pose feeder.

Note: To resolve the message, you must clear all paper from the paper path.
