8.2 Introduction
This chapter introduces assembler directives. Functional descriptions and
examples for each directive are provided. The following tables give an
overview of the different directives.
8.2.1 Section Definition Directives
The directives in Table 8-1 define new sections.
8.2.2 Constant Definition Directives
The directives in Table 8-2 define assembly constants.
8.2.3 Data Allocation Directives
The directives in Table 8-3 allocate variables.

SECTION Defines a relocatable section
