Making and Answering Phone Calls

Making Calls

Placing a traditional wireless phone call from your i365 is as easy as making a call from any landline phone.

1.Make sure your phone is on.

2.Enter a phone number from standby mode. (If you make a mistake while dialing, press Delete -[right softkey] to erase the numbers.)

3.

Press O.

 

4.

Press o when you are finished.

Calls

Tip

To redial your last outgoing call, press and hold O.

Making

You can also place calls from your phone by using

 

Voice Names (page 35), speed dialing numbers from

 

your Contacts (page 35), and using your Recent Call

 

list (page 34).

 

Answering Calls

1.Make sure your phone is on. (If your phone is off, incoming calls go to voicemail.)

2.Press O to answer an incoming call. (Depending on your settings, you may also answer incoming calls by pressing any number key. See “Call Answer Mode” on page 84 for more information.)

Your phone notifies you of incoming calls in the following ways:

The phone rings or vibrates.

The indicator light flashes.

The backlight illuminates.

The screen displays an incoming call message.
