Field	Description
Index	Unique value assigned to each interface.
Vpi	VPI number.
Vci	VCI number.
Pvc Id	PVC IDs, minimum of 1 required.
Name	Emulated LAN Name.
Encapsulation	LLC/SNAP, NULL; If LLC/SNAP, then for bridge IP or IPX.
Service Type	Unspecified bit rate or variable bit rate.
Peak Cell Rate	Peak cell rate, in cells/second.
Sustained Cell Rate	Upper bound of the cell rate that is long relative to that of the
	PCR.
Max Burst Size	Maximum burst size determined by the signaling method. It is
	coded as a number of cells that can be transmitted at peak rate
	and still conform to the overall algorithm; only applicable if it is
	VBR.
