Step Action

Testthe survivability of the connections and functions using the Test Local

Mode command on the MG 1000B IP Phone.

1Press the Services key (the key witha Globe icon) to display the

Options menu.

2Use the navigation keys to navigate to TestLocal Mode.

3Press the Select soft key.

This registers the IP Phone to the MG 1000B CP PM.

4Make and receive a call on the telephone.

5Toredirect the telephone to the main ofﬁce TPS node:

a. Press the Services key (the keywith a Globe icon).

b. Use the navigation keys to navigateto Resume Normal Mode.
