Confidential Reception Report
This report is automatically printed each time your machine receives a confidential message into a mailbox. Information in this report includes.
-The date the message was received.
-The total amount of time your machine spent receiving the message
-The Location ID or telephone number of the fax machine you were communicating with
(DISTANT STATION ID).
-The number of the mail box into which the message was received.
-The number of pages received.
-The result of the communication.
-Service codes.
Broadcast Confirmation Report
Use this report to confirm the results of a multiple- location transmission (or broadcast). Information provided on this report includes:
-The date and time at which the broadcast started.
-The total amount of time used to complete the broadcast.
-For each location, the Location ID, the num- ber of pages sent and the result of the com- munication.
Broadcast Entry Report
Each time you program a
-The Location ID of the
-Telephone numbers you have manually entered using the numeric keypad.
Message Confirmation Report
This report provides information about your last
-The date of the communication.
-The total amount of time your machine spent sending or receiving
-The Location ID or telephone number of the fax machine you were communicating with
(DISTANT STATION ID).
-The communication mode used.
-The number of pages sent or received.
-The result of the communication.
-Service codes.
-If any error occurred during the communica- tion, a portion of the page which experienced a problem prints after the report.
Configuration Report
The configuration report provides a list of the current operational settings of your fax machine. The information includes:
-The current settings of all your machine’s user functions.
-The Sender ID (ID=), TSI/CSI (TEL NO.), and call back number currently programmed into Your machine.
-Your machine’s current dial parameter set- tings.
