Setting call waiting notification

You can choose to be notified when you receive a call while you are on a call. You can choose to accept the call or not. See Answering a second call (call waiting).

1Press Start and select Settings.

2On the Personal tab, select Phone .

3On the Services tab, highlight Call Waiting and select Get Settings.

4Select the appropriate option to receive a notification or not.

5Press OK .

Changing your voicemail and text message service center number

If your wireless service provider changes the number you call to retrieve voicemail messages, you can change the number on your smartphone. You can also change the number of your text message service center.

1Press Start and select Settings.

2On the Personal tab, select Phone .

3On the Services tab, highlight Voice Mail and Text Messages and select Get Services.
