Modifying the Conference or Entry Queue IVR Service Properties

You can modify the properties of an existing IVR Service, except the service name and

language.

To modify the properties of an IVR Service:

1In the Collaboration Server Management pane, click IVR Services.

2In the IVR Services list, Click the IVR Service to modify.

For more information about the tabs and options of this dialog box, see "Defining a New

Conference IVR Service” on page15-6.

3Modify the required parameters or upload the required audio files.

4Click OK.
