Windows Configuration Utilities
Note: You must disable the Windows Recycle Bin for each local drive that is mapped to a file system. Right click the Recycle Bin icon and click Properties. On the Global tab, click Configure Drives Independently. On the appropriate Local Disk tab, select the Do not move files to the Recycle Bin check box, and then click OK.
