Advanced IP settings
Use the IP Advanced screen to define the connection port and bandwidth throttle
used for the Web browser. Bandwidth throttle lets you throttle the amount of
network data from the DVR to a client. Predefined bandwidth throttle settings
include:
• 192 kbps
• 384 kbps
• 768 kbps
• 960 kbps

management” on page 48.
E-mail settings
The DVR 31 has the option to send e-mail notifications of alarm events through
the network. Use the Email Setting screen (shown in Figure 33 below) to
configure the e-mail settings.

To define e-mail settings:
1. Click Network on the main menu to display the Network screen.
2. Click Email Setting Setup to display the Email Setting screen.
