Sets the date and time.

setdate -h

Options/Parameters

-ttime zone sets the time zone using the time zone abbreviation (TABLE 3-7). Only non-daylight savings time zones can be specified. If you are in an area with daylight time or summer time, the time and time zone are adjusted automatically for daylight time or summer time.

-tGMT<+->offsetfrom Greenwich Mean Time—GMT(TABLE 3-7).

mmis the month number.

ddday is the number in the month.

HHis the hour number (24-hour clock).

MMis the minute number.

ccis the century minus 1.

yyis the last two digits of the year number.

SSis the second number. For the century minus 1 value, use 21 (Twenty first century) minus 1, which yields 20.
