SOURce:TBURst:PERiod <numeric_value>
Usage: PERiod is an integer containing the number of cycles until burst repeats (i.e.:
off time = period – width). PERiod is constrained to be greater than WIDTh.
The generator converts the width-time parameter into the nearest number of
cycles of sine wave to generate.

SOURce:TBURst:WIDTh <numeric_value>
Usage: WIDTh is an integer containing the number of cycles of the burst. The
generator converts the width-time parameter into the nearest number of cycles
of sine wave to generate.
The number of cycles are always cycles of sine wave frequency
SOUR:FREQ:CW, therefore, the actual time of burst on/off are frequency
dependent.
