HCalculate the difference of the Maximum (M) mi nus the mean ().
HCalculate the difference of the mean () minus the Minimum (m).
HBoth differencesmust be less than or equal to the Delta-time
accuracy limit shown in Table2--4 for your oscilloscope.
HEnter the pass/failresult for delta time in the test record.

are to confirm.
HSet verticalS CALE to the settingnoted in step e, first bullet.
HPress the TriggerSource button to toggle the source to the channel
selected.
HMove the test hookup to the channel that you selected.
HFrom the toolbar,click the Vert button. Set the termination of the
channel to 50 Ωby selectingthe channel tab and clicking the
Termination50 Ωbutton. (If you are testing a TDS5054BE model,
make surethe 150 MHz bandwidth limit has been turned on. All
other models aretested at full bandwidth.)
HPressthe RUN/STOP button to start the display.
HRepeat step d.
2. Disconnect all testequipment from the oscilloscope.
