HFrom the toolbar bar,click Horiz and sel ect the Acquisitiontab.
HClick Averageand set the number of averages to 128.
2. Confirm that the ProbeCompensator signal is within limits for frequency:
a. Measurethe frequency of the probe compensation signal:
HFrom the toolbar,click MEA S and select the Time tab.
HClick the Freq button.
b. Check against limits:
HCHECK that the CH 1 Freq readout is within 950 Hzto 1. 050 kHz,
inclusive. See Figure 2--25.
HEnter the frequencyin the test record.
HClick Clear to remove the measurement.

c. Save the probecompensation signal in reference memory:
HFrom the toolbar,click Save.
HIn the Save What field, clickWaveform.
HIn the Source drop-down list box, select CH 1.
HIn the Save in: Oscilloscope Memory field, selectRef 1.
