Taking Videos

Switch between the front and rear lenses.

Switch between camera and video modes.

Tap this shutter button to begin recording.

Open the Gallery to display photos.

The video camera operates using almost the same options as the camera. However, some options are unavailable, and there are additional options available.

Tap the camera mode icon and select š to switch to video mode. Tap the shutter button to begin recording, and tap it again to stop recording.

Video Options

Several different kinds of options are available. Tap Ä > Options.

Exposure: The options range from -4 to +4. Select one of them. Use higher values in darker situations.

Time Lapse: The options range from Off to 5 sec. Select one of them. This records a video at the specified intervals.

Flash: Choose between On and Off.

Resolution: The options range from QVGA(320x240) to FHD(1920x1080). Select one of them. Higher resolutions result in larger file sizes, which take up more memory and reduce the total number of videos that can be stored.

White Balance: This is designed for specific lighting situations. Choose one from among Auto, Daylight, Cloudy, Fluorescent, and Tungsten.
