2.7 Setting A Night TransferButton
Because Night Transferis a commonly used feature, you may wish to
program a buttonto serve as the Night Transfer button.
•To program a Night-Transfer Button,
1. PressINTERCOM.
2. Dial✳✳1.
3. Pressone of the programmable buttons.
4. PressINTERCOM.
5. Dial✳#03.
6. PressSPEAKER to end.
Toset the Night Transfer Of Ringing mode, simply press the Night-
Transferbutton you have programmed. Toreturn ringing to the
attendant’sstation, press the Night-Transfer button again.
NOTE:When the system is in night transfer mode, the intercom light
at station 10 and station 12 will flutter with repetitive off
periods.
2.8 Setting The System Clock
Youcan program the system clock to maintain current date and time
information. The time and date appearon the LCD speakerphone for
display.
•To set the system clock from the attendant’sstation,
1. Press INTERCOM.
2. Dial ✳#01.
3. Dial two digits (00-99) for year.
4. Dial two digits (01-12) for month.
5. Dial two digits (01-31)forday.
6. Dial two digits (00-23) for hour.
7. Dial two digits (00-59) for minutes.
8. Press SPEAKER to end.
