4.4 Using Line Groups
Some systems havetelephone lines arranged into line groups that are
made availableat the telephone instead of individual lines. Your system
administrator can tell you howyour system is arranged. When line
groups are available,you may access them for outside calling instead of
pressing a line buttonto select a line for use.
•To access a system line group,
1. Press INTERCOM.
2. Dial desired line group access code:
9= line group 1
81 = line group 2
82 = line group 3
83 = line group 4
3. Listen for outside dial tone.
4. Dial desired number.
