RATE	1 – 30		Sets the speed of the effect.

EFX LVL	0 – 30		Adjusts the mix amount of the effect sound.
TIME	TYPE=DELAY:1 – 1000		Sets the delay time. (TIME= setting value x 1msec)

DAMP	0 – 10		Sets the amount of high-frequency decay for the delay sound.
