=The IP address or host name of an Ethernet device.

=Specifies the network interface or the VLAN ID to which the Ethernet device belongs.

=Specifies the Time To Live (TTL) period.

=Specifies the time period to wait.

=Specifies how many tries the switch performs the traceroute function.

This command displays information about the route to an Ethernet device. The following example displays route information to an Ethernet device with an IP address of 192.168.1.100.

sysname> traceroute 192.168.1.100

traceroute to 192.168.1.100, 30 hops max, 40 byte packet 1:192.168.1.100 (10 ms) (10 ms) (0 ms)

traceroute done: sysname>

32.5 Copy Port Attributes

Use the copy running-configcommand to copy attributes of one port to another port or ports.

Syntax:
