Chapter 13 MON Profile
13.2.1 Add/Edit MON Profile
This screen allows you to create a new monitor mode profile or edit an existing one. To access this screen, click the Add button or select and existing monitor mode profile and click the Edit button.

LABEL | DESCRIPTION |
Activate | Select this to activate this monitor mode profile. |

Profile Name | This field indicates the name assigned to the monitor mode profile. |

Channel dwell | Enter the interval (in milliseconds) before the AP switches to another |
time | channel for monitoring. |

|
Scan Channel | Select auto to have the AP switch to the next sequential channel |
Mode | once the Channel dwell time expires. |
| Select manual to set specific channels through which to cycle |
| sequentially when the Channel dwell time expires. Selecting this |
| options makes the Scan Channel List options available. |
