Chapter 12 AP Profile
12.3.2.1 Add/Edit Security ProfileThis screen allows you to create a new security profile or edit an existing one. To access this screen, click the Add button or select a security profile from the list and click the Edit button.
Note: This screen’s options change based on the Security Mode selected. Only the default screen is displayed here.

Profile Name | Enter up to 31 alphanumeric characters for the profile name. This |
| name is only visible in the Web Configurator and is only for |
| management purposes. Spaces and underscores are allowed. |

Security Mode | Select a security mode from the list: wep, wpa, wpa2, or wpa2- |
| mix. |

802.1X | Select this to enable 802.1x secure authentication. |

Radius Server | Select internal to use the |
Type | authentication database, or external to use an external RADIUS server |
| for authentication. |

Primary / | Select this to have the |
Secondary Radius | RADIUS server. |
Server Activate |

Radius Server | Enter the IP address of the RADIUS server to be used for |
