The wristwatch has five separate modes. In the middle of the display, a menu bar shows the name of the current mode. Press the MODE button to change the mode.

TIME ZONE

Two separate time zones can be set. Press the MODE button repeatedly until "TIME" appears in the menu bar (a). Press the SELECT button to display "1" or "2" beneath the menu bar (b), then set the time for the selected zone. (When the wristwatch is set to display both time zones simultaneously, neither "1" nor "2" will appear.)

MODE Function

TIME Sets time and calendar for two time zones; controls sound; controls level of contrast in display.

CHRONO Measures and stores lap times and split times for runs.

DATA Displays lap times, split times, and fastest lap time for recorded runs; displays amount of free memory.

TIMER Sets countdown timer.

ALARM Sets alarm.

TO VIEW TIME ZONE INFORMATION:

The display can be adjusted to show time zone 1, time zone 2, or both time zones. Press the SELECT button to advance through the choices.
