USING THE CHRONOGRAPH
D1 / D.5 INSTRUCTION MANUAL 07
USING THE CHRONOGRAPH (cont.)
A run is a session that consists of any number of laps. Each lap has a separate timed length. A split is the total elapsed time from the beginning of the run to the present moment, or the combined sum of all previous lap times.
Lap times appear in the upper display (Figure 1: a). Split times appear beneath the menu bar
(Figure 1: b). Each run (including all lap and split times) is automatically stored in the data memory.
Press the MODE button repeatedly until "CHRONO" appears in the menu bar (Figure 1: c) To view the amount of free memory (Figure 2), press the STOP/RESET button while the chronograph display is set to zero. The chronograph for the D1 wristwatch can store 100 lap times and log 50 separate runs; the chronograph for D.5 can store 90 lap times and log 45 separate runs.
