Quick troubleshooting
If you have problems with your Silent Series piano, here are a few troubleshooting tips.
If you turn on the front switch and no light comes on:
Is the AC adaptor connected to the mains power supply? Is the adaptor con- nected to the Silent Series piano?
If you engage the center pedal to stop the piano sounding, but you can still hear the piano sound:
The Silent Series piano’s Silent mode will not work properly if you play too hard. Play a little more softly to stop the piano sounding.
If you turn on the front switch and the light comes on, but no sound comes through the headphones:
Is the VOLUME control turned up to the proper level? Are the headphones plugged in properly?
If you hear a distorted or unnatural piano sound through the headphones or the level through the headphones is too low or too high:

Sie sollten die Kopfhörer YAMAHA HPE- 170 verwenden. Andere Kopfhörer könnten einen unbefriedigenden Klang erzeugen (lesen Sie auf Seite 15 für Ein- zelheiten).
