1 INTRODUCTION

3Com Network | 3Com Network Access Manager is designed for network administrators |

Overview | Internet Authentication Service (IAS). 3Com Network Access Manager |
| simplifies the task of controlling who connects to the network using |
| either IEEE 802.1X (also known as Network Login ) or |
| based authentication (for example RADA). Today this task can be very |
| complex to install and configure, particularly if using some of the more |
| advanced security features. |
