To view additional information for a nearby NDB, start from the nearest NDB Page and follow the preceding steps 2 through 4.

8.5 NEAREST VOR PAGE

The Nearest VOR Page (Figure 8-13) displays the identifier, symbol, bearing, and distance to the nine nearest VORs (within 200 nm of the present position). For each VOR listed, the nearest VOR Page also indicates the frequency and may be used to quickly tune the VLOC receiver to the nearby VOR. The selected frequency is placed in the standby field of the VLOC window and activated using the VLOC Flip-flopKey.
