Programming

To program a Night Service button at extension 10:

1.Press [ Feature ] [ 0 ] [ 0 ] [ System Program ] [ System Program ] [ # ] [ 5 ] [ 0 ] [ 3 ].

2.At this point:

If you want to assign Night Service to the first available button on the system phone, press [ Next Data ] until the display reads:

Night Service

1Assigned-Ext10

If you want to remove the Night Service button assignment, press [ Next Data ] until the display reads:

Night Service

2Not Assigned

If you want to assign Night Service to a specific button, press [ 3 ]. The display reads:

Night Service

3Select Button

Then press a programmable button with lights to assign Night Service to that button.

3.Select another procedure or exit programming mode.

4.Label the Night Service button at extension 10.

Using

To turn Night Service on:

1.Press the Night Service button on extension 10.

If a System Password is programmed, the green light next to the button flashes; you must go on to Step 2.

If no System Password is programmed, the green light is on steady and Night Service is on.

2 . Enter the password.

The green light is on steady. Night Service is on.

To turn Night Service off:

1.Press the Night Service button on extension 10.

If a System Password is programmed, the green light next to the button flashes; you must go on to Step 2.

If no System Password is programmed, the green light goes out and Night Service is off.

2.Enter the password.

The green light goes out. Night Service is off.
