Copying and activating the customer’s administration and options
Removing temporary ACD 1
If you created temporary ACD 1 during the extract process of the upgrade, you must now remove that ACD. If you did not add any temporary ACDs, continue with Turning on CMS on page 61.
To remove temporary ACD 1:
1.Enter: cmsadm
The CMS Administration menu is displayed.
2.Enter the number that corresponds to the acd_remove option.
3.Enter ACD 1.
A warning message is displayed.
4.Enter: y
5.Continue with Turning on CMS on page 61.
