zHandle ink tanks carefully to avoid staining clothing or the surrounding area.

zDiscard empty ink tanks according to the local laws and regulations regarding disposal of consumables.

Note

Be sure to replace ink tanks one by one when replacing more than one ink tank.

5 Prepare a replacement tank.

(1)Remove the new ink tank from its packaging, then pull the orange tape (A) toward the arrow so that the protective film does not remain on the air hole (C). Then remove the film

(2)Remove the orange protective cap (D) from the bottom of the ink tank and discard it.
