MEMORY REFERENCEzPRINT MEMORY LIST

Prints the MEMORY LIST.

zPRINT DOCUMENT

Selects a document stored in memory and prints it.

PRINT 1ST PAGE ONLY?: You can select pages to be printed. Select <YES> to print only

the first page of the document. Select <NO> to print all the pages of the document.

zDELETE DOCUMENT

Deletes a document in memory.

PRNT REPORT/LISTzACTIVITY REPORT

Prints the ACTIVITY REPORT.

zSPEED DIAL LIST

Prints the CODED SPEED DIAL TELEPHONE NO. LIST.

PRINT BY NAME?:	You can select the order of the destination numbers and
	names printed in the list. Select <YES> to print the list with the
	destination names in alphabetical order. Select <NO> to print
	the list with the numerical order (00-39) in ascending order.

zUSER’S DATA LIST

Prints the USER’S DATA LIST.

zMEMORY LIST

Prints the MEMORY LIST.

CODED DIAL REGISTzCODED DIAL REGIST

Registers coded speed dialing.

USER SETTINGSzDATE/TIME SETTING

Sets the current date and time.

zDATE DISPLAY

Selects the date format displayed on the LCD and printed on faxes you send.

Three date formats are available; <YYYY/MM/DD>, <MM/DD/YYYY>, and <DD/MM/ YYYY>.
