Canceling ReceivingPress [Stop/Reset] and follow any instructions on the LCD.
Memory ReceivingIf ink has run out while receiving a fax, if ink level is low, if the <SIZE> setting is incorrect, or if the <TYPE> setting is other than <PLAIN>, the fax is automatically stored in memory and <RECEIVED IN MEMORY> is displayed. When the ink tank is replaced or the paper size setting is corrected, the stored fax is printed automatically.
Note
zThe machine can store up to approximately 150 pages* of faxes in memory.
zIf the memory becomes full, the machine cannot receive the remaining faxes. Print or delete the documents stored in memory (see “Printing or Deleting a Document in Memory” on page 77), and then contact the sender and have him/her resend them.
