zPrinting the ACTIVITY REPORT

1 Press [FAX], then press [Menu].

2 Use [] or [] to select <PRNT REPORT/LIST>, then press [OK]. 3 Use [] or [] to select <ACTIVITY REPORT>, then press [OK].

The ACTIVITY REPORT is printed.

„USER’S DATA LIST

The USER’S DATA LIST enables you to confirm the current settings of your machine as well as the registered sender information (See “Registering Sender Information” on page 62).

zPrinting the USER’S DATA LIST

1 Press [FAX], then press [Menu].

2 Use [] or [] to select <PRNT REPORT/LIST>, then press [OK]. 3 Use [] or [] to select <USER’S DATA LIST>, then press [OK].

The USER’S DATA LIST is printed.

„TX REPORT

Your machine can print a TX (transmission) REPORT after sending a document. You can set the machine to print every time it sends a document, or only when an error occurs. Alternatively, you can disable printing of a report.

zThe default setting is <PRINT ERROR ONLY>.

„RX REPORT

Your machine can print an RX (reception) REPORT after receiving a document. You can set the machine to print every time it receives a document, or only when an error occurs. Alternatively, you can disable printing of a report.

zThe default setting is <DO NOT PRINT>.
