For a list of the recipients you have registered, print the coded speed dialing list (See “Printing the CODED SPEED DIAL TELEPHONE NO. LIST” on page 66).

zChanging or Deleting a Coded Speed Dialing

zTo change a registered number:

(1)Follow the procedures from step 1 to 4 under “Registering Coded Speed Dialing”.

(2)Press and hold [] to delete the registered number.

(3)Use the numeric buttons to enter the new number.

(4)Press [OK].

(5)Press [Stop/Reset].

zTo change a registered name:

(1)Follow the procedures from step 1 to 6 under “Registering Coded Speed Dialing”.

(2)Press and hold [] to delete the registered name.

(3)Use the numeric buttons to enter the new name.

(4)Press [OK].

(5)Press [Stop/Reset].

zTo delete an entire entry:

(1)Follow the procedures from step 1 to 4 under “Registering Coded Speed Dialing”.

(2)Press and hold [] to delete the registered number.

(3)Press [OK].

(4)Press [Stop/Reset].

The name will automatically be deleted when you delete the number.

Printing the CODED SPEED DIAL TELEPHONE NO. LIST

You can print a list of the recipients registered for coded speed dialing. You may want to keep the list near your machine to refer to it when dialing.

1 Press [FAX], then press [Menu].

2 Use [] or [] to select <PRNT REPORT/LIST>, then press [OK].
