Add a New Remote Destination
Procedure
Step 1 Onyour UserOptions webpage, selectUser Options >Mobility Settings >Remote Destinations.
Step 2 SelectAdd New.
Step 3 Enterthe following information:
• Name - Enter a name for the mobile (or other) phone.
• Destination Number - Enter your mobile phone number.
Step 4 Selectyour remote destinationprofile from the drop-downlist box. Yourremote destination profile contains
thesettings that apply to remote destinations that you create.
Step 5 Checkthe Mobile Phone check box to allow your remote destination to accept a call sent from your Phone
application.
Step 6 Checkthe Enable Mobile Connect check box to allow your remote destination to ring simultaneously with
yourPhone application.
Step 7 Selectone of the following options in the Ring Schedule area (the ring schedule drop-down list boxes include
onlythe accesslists that you havecreated):
• All the time - Select this option if you do not wantto impose day and time restrictions on ringing the
remotedestination.
• As specified below - Select this option and select from the following itemsto set up a ring schedule
basedon day and time:
1Checka check box for eachday of the week you wantto allow calls to ring the remote destination.
2Foreach day, select All Day or select the beginning and ending times from the drop-down lists.
3Selectthe time zone from the drop-down list box.
Step 8 Selectone of theseringing options:
• Always ring this destination.
• Ring this destination only if the caller is in the allowed access list that you select.
• Do not ring this destination if the caller is in the blocked access list that you select.
Step 9 SelectSave.
