Availability

Availabilityis displayed when you are signed in to the Cisco Unified Presence application through the Chat

applicationor the CiscoWebEx Meetings application. Availability shows the status of local contacts.

Email

TheEmail application allows youto managemultiple email accounts. Use theEmail application to view

individualemail account inboxes ora combinedinbox. TheEmail application supports POP3,IMAP and

Exchangeemail accounts.

Usethe Email application to add and manage multiple email accounts, including multiple Exchange accounts

ondifferent servers.

Emailaccounts can use ActiveSyncfor the Calendarand Contacts applications.

Launchthe Email application from the Applications menu .

Settings

Thefirst time that you open the Email application, you are taken to the Settings page to configure the account

credentials(server and username, password, incoming server address, check boxfor Secure Connections and

Acceptall SSL certificates), unless you already entered the credentials using the Setup Assistant or the Settings

application.
