Installing or Removing Redundancy Connectors

Step5 Place the RCON assembly over the RCON mounting bar, positioning the RCON alignment flange over

the right of the bar and the RCON alignment pins through holes in the bar; then tighten the two fasteners

(See Figure 6-15).

Note Be careful not to bend or damage the pins on nearby back ca rd connectors.

Step6 Install a second RCON in the other bay, if desired.

Step7 Reinstall all filler bars.

Step8 Reinstall all back cards.

Step9 Restore power.
