9. When turning on the printer, hold down the On Line and
Form Feed buttons simultaneously fo r a few seconds until
the Paper, Toner, and Memory indicator lights turn on.
Release the buttons. Your printer’s toner counter is now
reset.
Whenever you replace the developer cartridge, you should
clean the paper roller as described in the next section.
Replacing the photoconductor unit
1. Make sure the printer is turned off.
2. Open the printer cover by pressing the latch on the left side
of the printer and lifting the cover up all the way.
cCaution:
You must completely open the printer cover to replace the
photoconductor unit; otherwise, you may damage the printer.
3. Remove the developer cartridge as described on page 6-28.
4. Slide the photoconductor unit gently out of the printer as
shown.
