
•If the camera requires a persistent IP address, select the bullet to assign a persistent IP immediately with recovery. Enter the new IP address and click on Recover Camera.
Important: Any changes made with this tool will update the Genie flash memory. Do not remove power from the Genie camera for a minimum 10 seconds.
Sapera GigE Server Details
This section provides additional details on the GigE Server not covered in the Genie installation section of this manual. Generally the Genie automatic installation requires no user intervention.
•The Sapera GigE Server implements the GigE Vision Control Protocol (GVCP). This provides the interface to generate GVCP messages to control and configure a GigE Vision device.
