USING SETUP MODE

Function	Purpose
DEFAULT	Resets factory defaults in MENU1 and
	MENU2.

LIST

Prints a list of all currently selected options.

SELF-TST

Runs the self-test.

HEX-DUMP

Prints hex dumps.

V-ALMNT

Checks and corrects vertical print alignment.

To select a function from the <<FUNCTION>> menu:

1.Repeatedly press the LOCK button to position the red cursor on the plastic print guide under the function you require.

2.Press the FONT button or the MENU button to select the function. If the function has items and options, the printer prints the first item and its options. The MENU1, MENU2, HARDWRE, ADJUST, and CONFIG functions contain items that have selectable options. The other functions have neither items nor options.

The first three MENU1 items and their options are shown below. Items are enclosed in single brackets < >.
