Touch screen, touch pads and time of day display

NOTE: If the oven is inactive for 10 minutes, the Touch Screen will go into standby mode, and the screen will be dark. Touch the Touch Screen or any pad to “wake up” the display. The Display may also “wake up” when it senses you (your hand) approaching the Touch Screen. The display is sensitive and may “wake up” when lights are turned on or due to the movement of nearby people or objects. The Display should return

to its standby mode after 10 minutes if no further interaction occurs.

Touch Screen

1BAKE. Touch to select the bake function.

2BROIL. Touch to select the broil function (HIGH BROIL or LOW BROIL) or the BROIL GUIDE.

3FAVORITE RECIPE. Touch to use, create, rename, modify or delete a favorite recipe.

4PROBE. Touch when using the probe to cook food.

5CONVECTION BAKE. Touch to select baking with the convection function.

6CONVECTION ROAST. Touch to select roasting with the convection function.

10HELP Pad. Touch this pad to find out more about your oven’s features.

11BACK Pad. Touch to return to the previous screen.

12CLEAR/OFF Pad. Touch to cancel ALL oven operations except the clock and timer.

13OVEN LIGHT On/Off Pad(s). Touch to turn the oven light(s) on or off.

14OPTIONS Pad. Touch to select

TWO TEMPS, DELAY START, PROOF, DEHYDRATE, WARM, COOK & HOLD, SABBATH or SETTINGS.

Display

15Display. Shows the time of day.

Error Codes

If “F– and a number or letter” flash in the display and the oven control signals, this indicates a function error code. Touch the CLEAR/OFF pad. Allow the oven to cool for one hour. Put the oven back into operation. If the function error code repeats, disconnect the power to the oven and call for service.

7KITCHEN TIMER. Touch to select the timer feature.

8SELF CLEAN. Touch to select the self- cleaning function. See the Using the Self- Cleaning Oven section.

Touch Pads

9HOME Pad. Touch to return to the “SELECT COOK MODE” (Home) Screen. This does not cancel any cooking or self-clean settings.

If there has been a power outage:

If your oven was set for a timed oven operation and a power outage occurred, the clock and all programmed functions must be reset.

The time of day will flash in the display when there has been a power outage.
